How We Started: The Story Behind YGEIA
Sometimes the most powerful projects begin not with a grand plan — but with a quiet knowing.
YGEIA was born from that knowing.
We are two old friends — Balbina and Wiktoria — who met across countries, careers, and life stories, each carrying our own experiences of burnout, pressure, and the silent cost of over-performance. We knew what it was like to live in a world that rewards masculine energy — doing, achieving, proving — while quietly starving the feminine parts of us that craved softness, creativity, intuition, and flow.

For years, we built our lives in corporate roles, leadership, and coaching. We climbed ladders, held responsibilities, and supported others. But along the way, both of us realized something was missing: a space for neurodivergent, sensitive, trauma-impacted women to heal, rise, and lead differently.
We didn’t want another “fix yourself” program.
We wanted something gentler, deeper, and more real.
So we decided to create it ourselves.

🌿 YGEIA is not just a program — it’s a community.
It’s a sanctuary for women who are tired of masking their neurodivergence, suppressing their emotions, or abandoning their intuition just to survive.
It’s a place where burnout recovery meets feminine energy work, where somatic practices meet trauma-informed coaching, and where softness becomes strength.

Our vision is to build a global community of women ready to reclaim their inner voice, reconnect to their nervous system, and embody self-leadership on their own terms — whether they’re in Norway, Malta, or anywhere else in the world.
We invite you to walk with us, to co-create this space, and to rediscover what it means to truly thrive.

Thank you for being here.🌸

With love,
Balbina & Viktoria
